Adam Gilchrist.
Prolific run scorer all over the wicket. He is known as one of the worlds fastest runs scorers in tests and ODI'S and can play a match winning innings in no time he has a strength square of the wicket more than any where else and the square cut shot can contribute to his own downfall sometimes.

England
Marcus Trescothick.
Got the reputation of being Englands most exciting and agressive batsman. But he is vulnerable to the good delevery early on in his innings and can get out any time through rash strokes, but all in all he is a very solid run scorer for his country and plays good one day innings, he is very strong on the on side especially to the short ball as the pull shot is one of his favourites.

New Zealand
Shane Bond.
Has only just burst on to the test arena but he burst on with explosive pace in VB Series in Austrailia matching some of Brett Lee's fastest deliveries and taking his fair share of wickets. Shane is a very young cricketer but is sure to have a hugely successful future.

West Indies
Mervyn Dillon.
Dillon is by far the best West Indian bowling prospect judging on recent performances. Has the priceless ability to swing the new ball, and to cut the old ball as the game wears on. He does have the tendency to be impatient and rash and this spoils some potentially match winning bowling performances. Overall though he is one of the key West Indian players.

Sri Lanka
Romesh Kaluwitharana.
The Wicket-keeper is these days a very important part of the team, needing to bat as well as keep wicket. Kaluwitharana can do both very effectively. He has three test centuries to his name, and his batting average is something to be proud of. But most important of all he is a solid keeper who rarely makes a mistake behind the stumps.

India
Harbhajan Singh.
Known as the turbanator, Harbhajan has built up a reputation of being one of the worlds finest off break bowlers. His strike rate and average in both the one day and test arena show why he is feared by most batsmen. His devastating bowling performance of 32 wickets in the three test series against Australia in 2001 earned him the respect he deserves from the cricketing world. Only 20 years old and so has a bright cricketing future.
